These Terms of Service govern your use of the Beyo application and related services.
By using Beyo, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Beyo helps users identify and organize events, dates, reminders, locations, notes, and preparation items from photos, screenshots, documents, and text.
Beyo may use artificial intelligence to suggest information. All suggestions are provided for review and may be edited or rejected by the user.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing event information before saving or relying on it.
Beyo may incorrectly recognize or generate dates, times, locations, reminders, reservation or contact information, preparation items, or other event details.
Beyo should not be used as the sole source for important legal, medical, financial, travel, immigration, safety, or deadline-related decisions.
Always verify critical information against the original document or an authoritative source.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos, text, documents, and event information you provide.
You grant Beyo and its service providers only the limited rights necessary to process your content and provide the requested features.
You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use, or that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Beyo to:
- Violate applicable law
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
- Abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to Beyo or its supporting services
- Use AI features for prohibited or harmful purposes
5. AI Services
Some AI-powered features rely on third-party AI services.
Your use of those features may be subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of those providers.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Beyo may offer free and paid features.
If Beyo offers paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, they are processed through Apple and are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.
Payment, cancellation, and refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Beyo to maintain security, improve functionality, comply with law, or respond to changes in third-party services.
We do not guarantee that every feature or third-party integration will always be available.
8. Third-Party Services
Beyo may rely on services provided by Apple, Google, map providers, and other third parties.
Their services may be unavailable, inaccurate, delayed, or changed independently of Beyo. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer
Beyo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Beyo does not guarantee that AI-generated results, reminders, map destinations, extracted dates, or other information will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Broong, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Incorrect or missed reminders
- Incorrectly extracted or generated information
- Missed reservations, appointments, deadlines, or travel arrangements
- Data loss or synchronization failure
- The availability or conduct of third-party services
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
You may stop using Beyo at any time.
We may restrict access to the service when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or systems, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Beyo changes.
The version and last updated date at the top of this page will indicate the latest version.
Continued use of Beyo after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
